Alec Schall
Certified Leadership Coach
Experienced Agent
Trusted Advocate

Alec Schall has spent more than 30 years working with elite athletes and the people and organizations around them — first as a player agent, and now as a mindset coach and an agent representing coaches. His career is defined by a simple concept: work with good people, support them wholeheartedly, and success will follow.
After five years at a large sports agency, Alec left to build his own agency, R4PA, which he led as Founder and Managing Director from 2000 to 2021. He negotiated more than $150 million in player contracts and established client relationships that have lasted for decades. Along the way, he partnered with and mentored former client Shawn Hunwick, who remains a successful player agent today.
In 2021, Alec joined the Pittsburgh Penguins' front office as Director of Hockey Operations, where he negotiated player and coach contracts, helped build and manage the analytics department, and oversaw the salary cap. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President of Business Strategy at Comcast Spectacor (Philadelphia Flyers), working with senior leadership on growth and technology initiatives before returning full-time to his independent coaching and representation practice.
Alec is certified by the International Coaching Federation and completed the Leadership Coaching program at Brown University, training that has equipped him with tools to effectively do the work he has always loved: help his clients become better versions of themselves.
Alec brings integrity and empathy to every client relationship - a combination that has kept those relationships intact across decades and across industries.
Alec lives in Philadelphia with his wife, Laura, and daughter, Maddie. He holds a BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Columbia University.
